When you place your order please note the artwork specifications and dimensions which can be found on the individual product page. If you have any questions regarding artwork specifications then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Customer Experience Team.
Once we receive your order, print ready artwork and payment your artwork will be sent to our printing suppliers to print, at this point the branded items in your order can no longer be cancelled. Our printing suppliers will thoroughly check your artwork before they proceed to print and any issues will be communicated back to you to resolve.
As a general rule, we require at least two weeks lead time to print any branded items, though this does vary product to product so please refer to the individual product page for the exact lead time.
