When you place an order for a payment system you will sometimes need to fill out a form for the programming of your chosen system. You will be able to find any forms required on the product page. If you have any trouble finding or filling in these forms then please contact a member of our Customer Experience Team.
We require the following lead times for each of our payment systems from the point at which we receive your completed forms:
- iZettle Card Readers - no form to complete. Delivery can occur 3 working days after the order has been placed. The only further steps to be taken are to create an iZettle account via the following link: https://www.izettle.com/gb
- Cash registers - 7 working days
- PDQ Machines - 7 working days
- EPOS Systems- 10 working days
