If some of your products have arrived at your stand, but you are missing some, there are several reasons why this could be the case:
- Our suppliers are unloading their vehicles
Our delivery teams are exceptionally busy throughout set up days, and deliver products to many stands throughout the halls. Their vehicles are always loaded tightly and in size/weight order. Therefore it is quite likely that they are unloading in a specific order and your delivery may arrive in more than one batch. Please do not panic about this, just contact us so that we can clarify for you.
- Your products are from different suppliers
Depending on the products you have ordered, it is likely your products may be delivered by a number of our partners. This therefore means that some products will arrive at different times. Either way, your delivery will be made direct to your stand during the set-up hours provided by the venue. If you are concerned, please do not hesitate to contact us to clarify the details.
