If your product has arrived damaged, we must be notified immediately, or at the latest during the exhibition dates. Photographs will need to be provided so the issue can be investigated effectively. We cannot accept notification of damage without photographs, nor can we accept such notification after the exhibition has finished.
If we are notified of the damaged items after the set up day there is very little we can do to resolve the issue for you as our suppliers are unlikely to be allowed access to the venue. Whether the item arrived damaged or was damaged during the course of the exhibition we will endeavour to find a resolution for you, though please be advised that your are responsible for the items from the moment of delivery.
