We're unable to give exact delivery times as these can be easily thrown off by traffic, security entering the venue and in-numerous other extraneous factors.
You can, however, expect your items to arrive during the set up hours of your exhibition, which are usually 9am - 6pm the day before the exhibition opens. If your items have not arrived by 5pm, please contact our Customer Experience Team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 3006 6590 (please note our phone lines are closed at the weekend but the support email address will be monitored out of hours), who will endeavour to source an ETA for you.
Please also note that not all your items may arrive together as they may be packed on separate vans or being delivered by different suppliers.
In some cases the set up hours can begin two days before the exhibition opens, and continue until the morning of the exhibition.
If you are unable to be on your stand throughout the set up day please do let our Customer Experience Team know, as we do require you to be present at your stand to sign for AV deliveries.
Carpet & Graphics:
Our suppliers will endeavour to deliver your carpet and graphics orders as early as possible on the set up day, however this cannot be guaranteed due to extraneous factors such as traffic and security getting into the venue.
